Purple Flapjack

The business derives its name from an article in National Geographic some years ago studying what makes words funny. Flapjack was on the list of the funniest. I also make pancakes with my daughter frequently...with food coloring. I chose purple to represent my educational background at LSU and Purple Flapjack was born. The idea was that a funny name would be much easier to recall. Say it. I bet you smile.
